History of Deb on the Web
Deb became a real estate agent in 1991 and in 1994, Deb on the Web was born. When the real estate industry modernized in 1995 and listings started being shared online as we know it today, Deb was the first ERA agent nationwide to close a deal through the internet. “I am honored to have helped so many wonderful people with their real estate transactions.”
In 2016 Jill took over Deb on the Web. It has since flourished and continues to grow while still providing the personal, professional service that Deb always gave.

As the lead agent of Deb On The Web Realty Group, Jill is known for her extensive market knowledge and her unmatched devotion to clients. As a seasoned real estate professional with over 10 years experience Jill recognizes and values the trust her clients place in her and strives every day to exceed their expectations. “It has always been my belief that relationships are the key to a successful real estate transaction. Relationships that are based on trust, honesty, respect and fun is my goal with each and every client."
Jill has a passion for real estate and helping clients achieve their goals. Jill has been a leading top producer with RE/MAX Andrew Realty Services and was the #1 listing agent in 2019 with the most Medford listings. Jill consistently achieves awards and accolades nationally with the RE/MAX Organization. She received the Executive Club Level award in 2013, 100% Club Level award 2014-2017, the Platinum Club level award 2018-2019 and the Hall of Fame award in 2018.
Starting as a Transaction Coordinator with DOTW, Daria was able to grow her knowledge of the industry and build her experience while overseeing numerous real estate transactions. Today she serves as the groups Buyer's Agent specializing in helping home buyers achieve their real estate goals.
After graduating from Quinnipiac University in 2013, Daria worked in the non-profit event world coordinating events of all sizes and fundraising for a number of different organizations. There she was able to master logistics, strengthen her negotiation skills and became very detail oriented. She went on to work in the marketing department of a real estate technology company where her love for the industry originated. Combining her experience from both roles, in addition to the interpersonal skills she’s acquired from also working as a bartender, makes Daria a fabulous agent to have on your side.
